Proform resetting process can take anywhere from 5 minutes up to an hour depending on the model and how many programs you have saved.

Locate the small reset opening on the back or the side of the console.
Using the end of a paperclip, press and hold the reset button inside the opening, and have a second person press the power switch into the on position to turn on Proform elliptical.
Continue holding the reset button until the console turns on.
After the reset operation is complete, the console will turn off and then turn back on.
However, if it does not, press the power switch off and then on again.
The machine may take a few moments before being ready for use again.
