Insert the lower end of the Right Handrail into the opening between the Right Outer Shield and the Right Inner Shield.
Attach the Right Handrail to the Upright with four M8 x 13mm Screws and four M8 Split Washers. Do not tighten the Screws yet.
Attach the Left Handrail in the same way.
Next, attach the Right Handrail to the Frame with three M10 x 20mm Screws. Do not tighten the Screws yet.
Attach the Left Handrail in the same way.
Next, attach the Upright with four M10 x 20mm Screws and four M10 Split Washers.
Step 4: Install the handlebar legs
Using a small plastic bag to keep your fingers clean, apply a generous amount of the included grease to the right axle on the Upright.
Next, identify the Right Handlebar Leg, which is marked with an “R” sticker, and slide it onto the axle on the Upright.
Attach the Right Handlebar Leg with an M10 x 20mm Screw and an M10 Washer.
Attach the Left Handlebar Leg in the same way.
Step 5: Install the pedal arms
After you identify the Right Pedal Arm and the Right Pedal, attach the Right Pedal and the Right Pedal Insert to the Right Pedal Arm with six M6 x 12mm Screws.
Attach the Left Pedal and the Left Pedal Insert to the Left Pedal Arm in the same way
Next, apply a small amount of grease to the axle on the Left Pedal Arm.
Then, insert the Left Pedal Arm into the Left Handlebar Leg. Attach the Left Pedal Arm with an M10 x 20mm Screw, a Pedal Axle Cover, and an M10 Washer.
Attach the Right Pedal Arm in the same way.
Apply a small amount of grease to the axle on the Left Pedal Arm Bracket.
Attach the left Pedal Leg to the Left Pedal Arm Bracket with two M10 x 20mm Screws and two M10 Split Washers.
Attach the right Pedal Leg in the same way.
Step 6: Install the handlebars

Attach the Right Handlebar to the Upright with three M8 x 25mm Flat Screws.
Then, slide a Handlebar Cover onto the Right Handlebar and attach it with three M4 x 16mm Screws.
Attach the Left Handlebar in the same way.
Step 7: Install the console
While a second person holds the Console near the Upright, connect the four wires on the Console to the Upper Wire Harness, the two Heart Rate Wires, and the Receiver Wire.
Insert the excess wire into the Upright.
Next, attach the Console to the Upright with four M4 x 16mm Screws.
Step 8: Install the large rail cover
Press the Right Large Rail Cover into the Right Outer Shield.
Next, identify the Right Small Rail Cover, and orient it as shown. Press the Right Small Rail Cover into the Right Large Rail Cover and into the Right Outer Shield.
Attach the Left Large and Small Rail Covers in the same way.
