1. Check the power cord

The first troubleshooting step is to unplug the machine from the outlet to check the power cord for damage. 

Make sure the power cable is connected firmly to both the wall outlet and to the Peloton bike base.

As Peloton exercise bikes come with small electric bricks that connect to the main power cable, you need to make sure this brick is fully plugged into the power cord from both ends.

Next, check the connection at the base of the Peloton Bike. 

If the green light on the adapter does not power on, try connecting the bike to another outlet. Make sure not to use a power strip, power adaptor, or an extension cord.

If the cord has been damaged, then you may need to replace it with a new one.

2. Check the power requirements

Peloton exercise bikes have specific power requirements in order to operate without any trouble. You want to ensure that the machine is plugged into an electric outlet that properly delivers its power requirements.

The power requirements of a Peloton bike are: 100V to 240V, 50Hz to 60Hz, 3.25 A Max, dedicated circuit that is used for a single appliance.

Check the connections at the back of the touchscreen panel. Apply light pressure to make sure these wire connectors are fully connected

Next, check the wires pins. These pins sit inside the plastic casing that connects the wire to the display screen. Make certain none of the pins have been broken or bent.
