  • Phillips head screwdriver.
  • 6MM Allen Wrenches.
  • Hammer.
  • Pliers.
  • Box Cutter.
  • Socket.

Make sure the Tension Controller is set at resistance level 1 before you connect the Tension Cable. This will ensure the wires are at their longest reaching point.

Next, insert the Handlebar Post into the post of the Main Frame with 6 Spring Washers, 6 Washers, and 6 Bolts.

Then, place the Front Plastic Cover into position.

STEP 3: Install the Upper Swing Bar

Attach the Left Upper Swing Bar to the Left Lower Swing Bar with 2 Bolts and 2 Nylon Nuts.

Repeat this assembly step to the Right side.

First you need to remove the 2 Wave Washers, 2 Washers, 2 Spring Washers, and 2 Bolts from the Axis.

Attach the Left & Right Lower Swing Bars and the Axis to the Handlebar Post with the hardware that were removed.

Attach the Left & Right Lower Swing Bars to the Left & Right Pedal Support Bars with 2 Nylon Nuts, 2 Washers, and 2 Bolts. Tighten and secure with Allen Wrench and Spanner.

Attach the Left & Right Pedal Support Bars to the Main Frame with 2 Washers, 2 Spring Washers, 2 Bolts, and 2 Tubes.

STEP 4: Install the Pedals

Secure the Pedals to the Pedal Support Tube using Hex Bolt, Flat Washer and Nylon Nut.

Repeat this assembly step to the Left side.

STEP 5: Install the Handlebar

Attach Handlebar to the Handlebar Post with 3 Spring Washers, 3 Washers, and 3 Bolts. Tighten and secure with Allen Wrench.

Insert the Hand Pulse Cable into the front hole of Handlebar Post and pull up the Hand Pulse Cable from the top hole the Handlebar Post.

STEP 6: Attach the Plastic Covers

Remove 2 Screws from the Left & Right Pedal Support Bars. Attach the M Plastic Cover to the Left & Right Pedal Support Bars with 2 Screws that were removed.

Remove 2 Screws from the Lower Swing Plastic Covers. Attach the Lower Swing Plastic Covers to the Left & Right Lower Swing Bars with 2 Screws that were removed.

Remove 2 Screws from the Left & Right Upper Central Shaft Plastic Covers. Attach the Left & Right Upper Central Shaft Plastic Covers to the Left & Right Upper Swing Bars with 2 Screws that were removed.

Remove 4 Self-tapping Screws from the Left & Right Axis Plastic Covers and one from the Handlebar Post. Attach the Left & Right Axis Plastic Covers to the Handlebar Post by using the Screws that were removed.

STEP 7: Install the Console

Remove 4 Screws from the back of the Computer.

Connect the Upper Computer Cable and Hand Pulse Cable to the wires of Computer.

Attach the Computer onto the top end of Handlebar Post using 4 Screws that were removed. Tighten and secure with Allen Wrench.

Remove 2 Screws from the Handlebar Post. Attach the Front /Rear Handlebar Post Cover to the Handlebar Post using Screws you just removed.
