Begin this step by locating the frame. Before attaching the stabilizer, remove the four screws and washers and set the hardware aside.

Next, pivot the frame and slowly put the stabilizer towards the frame. Match the frame and stabilizer holes.

Using the previously removed hardware, secure the stabilizer to the frame. Fully tighten the screws using the provided 6mm Allen Wrench for each sides.

The back of the frame has a plate at the bottom which slides between the two plates located on the front of the rail assembly.

The bottom of the console mast has one cable sticking out, while the top part has two cables.

Before mounting the console mast, locate the upper shroud and insert it through the bottom of the console mast.

Connect the console mast cable to the frame cable. Then, push the cables towards the inside of the frame and lower the console mast matching the square end plate with the square end plate on the frame.

Next, secure the console mast to the frame and fully tighten the screws using the provided 6mm Allen Wrench.

Step 4: Attach the legs

Begin this step by placing the left leg at the bottom left side of the assembly.

The front portion of the leg slides into the rod on the side of the frame, while the back portion goes over the rail assembly.

Secure the left leg using one part A Screw, one part G lock washer, one part G wide washer, and one part F wave washer.

Slide the wave washer into the rod before attaching leg. After set the left leg in place.

Next, place the wide washer first, followed by the lock washer and the screw. Fully tighten the screw using the provided 6mm Allen Wrench.

Repeat these steps for the right leg.

Step 5: Attach the Arm Pivot Rod & Lower Handlebar Arms

Begin by sliding the pivot rod through the console mast and center it.

Then, identify the left lower handlebar arm, and slide it onto the right side of the pivot rod.

Attach it to the arm pivot rod using M8 x 13mm screw and an M8 x 28mm Washer. Fully tighten the screw using the provided 13mm Wrench.

Repeat this step for the right lower handlebar arm.

Step 6: Attach the pedals

The left pedal attaches to the bottom of the lower handlebar arm and to the back end of the left leg.

Before attaching the pedal, insert one part F wave washer into the rod located underneath the pedal. Push the washer into place.

Next, pivot the pedal and slide it into place. Secure it to the left lower handlebar arm using one Part A screw, one part G lock washer, one part C wide washer, and one part H pivot sleeve (the pivot sleeve has a keyway that must match the keyway one the lower handlebar arm).

Fully tighten the screw using the provided 6mm Allen Wrench.

Next, secure the pedal to the left leg using one part A screw, one part G lock washer, and one part C wide washer.

Repeat these steps for the opposite side to attach the right pedal as previously shown.

Step 7: Attach the upper handlebar arms

Locate the left upper handlebar arm, and place it on the left side of the assembly.

The arm has hardware located on the bottom. They must be removed before attaching the arm.

Next, slowly insert the bottom end of the upper handlebar arm onto the open end of the lower handlebar arm.

Adjust the handlebar and make sure the bottom holes match the holes on the lower handlebar arm. Fully secure the left upper handlebar arm using the previously removed hardware.

The next step is to attach the handlebar shrouds. Start by locating one outer handlebar shroud and one part eye screw.

Place it on the left upper handlebar arm, then push the outer shroud into place matching the hole on the shroud with the hole on the handlebar arm.

The static handlebar goes onto the top opening of the console mast. Begin by routing the cable sticking out of the bottom through the handlebar hole and have it sticking upwards.

Start off by removing hardware located on the back of the console, and set them aside for now.

While a second person holds the Console near the static handlebar, plug the cables sticking out of the static handlebar into the receptacles on the Console.

The connectors on the Wires should slide easily into the receptacles and snap into place.

If a connector does not slide easily into a receptacle, turn the connector and try again.

If you do not connect the connectors properly, the Console may become damaged when you use the elliptical.

Then attach the Console to the Upright and secure it with four M4 x 16mm screws.

After you finish with the assembling process and ensure all all screws are tight, turn on your Schwinn elliptical and test the elliptical by running on it for a few moments before use to make sure everything is working properly.
